Refund Policy
Scalewidth's billing, cancellation, and refund terms for cloud infrastructure subscriptions, SaaS services, and enterprise agreements.

1. Policy Overview
This Refund Policy governs all purchases of Scalewidth cloud infrastructure, SaaS subscriptions, and enterprise services. Scalewidth is committed to transparent billing practices and fair treatment of our customers. Please review the specific terms applicable to your service type below.
All refunds are issued at the discretion of Scalewidth and are subject to the terms of your Order Form, Service Agreement, or applicable subscription plan. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
2. SaaS & Platform Subscriptions
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for monthly subscriptions are not provided for partial months, except in cases of service outage or billing error.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions paid in advance may be eligible for a pro-rata refund within the first fourteen (14) days of the subscription term, subject to a processing fee equivalent to 10% of the total subscription value. After fourteen (14) days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable except for cause.
Free Trials
Scalewidth offers free trial periods for select services. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the selected subscription plan. No refund is available for charges incurred after trial expiry if you did not cancel before the trial concluded.
3. Cloud Infrastructure Services
Scalewidth's cloud infrastructure services are billed on a consumption or reserved-instance basis as specified in your agreement:
- Consumption-Based: Usage charges are non-refundable as services are rendered in real-time. You may disable services at any time to stop accruing charges.
- Reserved Instances: Pre-paid reserved capacity may be cancelled within seven (7) days of purchase with a full refund. After seven (7) days, early termination fees may apply as specified in your agreement.
- Data Egress: Data transfer fees are non-refundable once incurred.
4. Enterprise Agreements
Enterprise customers with custom agreements should refer to their Master Services Agreement or Order Form for specific refund and termination terms. Generally, enterprise agreements are non-cancellable and fees are non-refundable except as explicitly provided in the governing contract.
Scalewidth may, at its sole discretion, offer service credits in lieu of refunds for service level failures as outlined in the applicable Service Level Agreement.
5. Cancellation Process
To cancel your Scalewidth subscription or services:
- Self-Service: Account administrators may cancel through the Scalewidth Console billing settings.
- Email: Send cancellation requests to billing@scalewidth.com from your registered organizational email.
- Support: Enterprise customers may submit cancellation requests via our support portal.
We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request within two (2) business days. Services remain accessible until the end of the current billing period.
6. Exceptions to Refund Policy
Refunds may be provided outside the standard policy in the following circumstances:
- Billing Errors: Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or unauthorized transactions will be fully refunded upon verification.
- Service Outages: Extended service downtime beyond SLA commitments may qualify for service credits as specified in our SLA.
- Statutory Rights: Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection regulations.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within ten (10) business days of approval. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. International transactions may incur currency conversion fees that are non-refundable.
All refund amounts are denominated in the original transaction currency. Scalewidth is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the refunded amount.
