Our Commitment
Scalewidth does not sell personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We do not exchange personal data for monetary or other valuable consideration. However, we respect your right to control your information and provide this page for California residents to exercise their opt-out rights.
The CCPA defines "sale" broadly to include certain data sharing practices such as targeted advertising. While we do not engage in traditional data sales, we may share certain identifiers with analytics and advertising partners that could be considered a "sale" under CCPA. You have the right to opt out of these practices.
Your CCPA Rights
As a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA:
- Right to Know: Request disclosure of personal information collected, used, disclosed, or sold about you.
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to Opt-Out: Direct us not to sell or share your personal information.
- Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
These rights apply to personal information collected online and offline, within the twelve (12) months prior to your request.

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within ten (10) business days and process it within fifteen (15) business days. You do not need to create an account to submit a request.
Verification Process
To protect your privacy, we must verify your identity before processing certain requests. We may request:
- Information matching what we already have on file (name, email, account details)
- Confirmation of account ownership through existing authentication methods
- For authorized agents: written permission and identity verification of both the agent and the consumer
If we cannot verify your identity within forty-five (45) days, we may deny the request. We will explain the basis for any denial.
