• Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements and applicable exceptions.
• Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Data Portability: Request a machine-readable export of your personal data in JSON or CSV format.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent for processing activities that rely on consent as the legal basis.
• Right to Opt Out: Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information under CCPA.

Response Timeline

Scalewidth is committed to processing data subject requests promptly:

• Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within ten (10) business days.
• Substantive Response: We will respond substantively within thirty (30) calendar days from receipt.
• Extension: If necessary, we may extend the response period by an additional sixty (60) days, with notification and explanation.
• Complex Requests: For unusually complex or voluminous requests, additional time may be required. We will inform you of any anticipated delays.

There is no charge for submitting a data subject request. However, we may charge a reasonable fee for repetitive, unfounded, or excessive requests.

Identity Verification

To protect your privacy and security, we must verify your identity before processing your request. We may require:

• Information matching what we have on file (e.g., name, email, account details)
• Authentication through your Scalewidth account (if applicable)
• A signed declaration for deletion requests
• Additional documentation for complex requests

If we cannot verify your identity within forty-five (45) days, we may deny the request and will provide a written explanation.

Authorized Agents

If you are submitting a request as an authorized agent on behalf of a consumer:

• Provide written authorization signed by the consumer authorizing you to act on their behalf
• Verify your own identity as required by our verification procedures
• We may require the consumer to directly confirm their identity and authorization
